Absolutely horrendous! Then, the beach of comfort? Try a hard sofa bed that requires a massage after. I seriously expected a complimentary upgrade for this experience. Definitely not worth my time.

We had a really nice time. Actually everything was very good, you're dope! In our neat & air-conditioned room there was a handy kitchenette. The personnel was helpful, doing their best to assist. The location was amazing, not very far from a popular street. The hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport...

The real deal or a total steal?

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the main square! It was pleasant to have a well-equipped kitchen for quick meals.

Incredibly beautiful and excellent venue, top location next to the beach and the train station, the tram station and many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Nice old building and rooms with carpet. Lovely design of it.

Great water pressure in the shower, but the bathroom felt super cramped.

We loved our spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for quick meals after a day exploring Nice. The kids enjoyed playing at the nearby park, just a short walk away. The location made it easy to pop over to the beach for some fun in the sun.

My wife says that climbing the stairs was tough with our kids and luggage.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a lovely outdoor dining area. The staff even helped me find my lost necklace during my first stay, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

Had a blast with friends! The location is perfect for exploring local attractions, like the Promenade des Anglais and the charming Old Town. Our spacious room was clean, with a comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The friendly staff even provided us with mats and umbrellas for the beach. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the frequent street noise from the restaurant deliveries, which could be annoying at night. Make sure to prepare for that if you're a light sleeper.

I loved my time here! There's a lovely sun terrace where you can relax with a drink or enjoy the shade with a good book. Just a heads up, the fridge in my room was a bit loud at night, but that didn't ruin my stay 😊

Rooms facing the street can be noisy , but the central location is unbeatable for exploring.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais and Old Town. The room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, and two-burner stove, quite useful. The staff was accommodating, offering assistance with tram passes and local recommendations.

Noise from the street can be disruptive, particularly at night.
